I kept seeing government jobs are popping out to help the economy. I understand the logic behind it but without the private sector, who do you think is funding all of these projects? And since government is leading the planning and budget, I am pretty sure it will be very cost effective!!!!

Ohio Launches $1.5 billion 'Jobs & Transportation Plan?' There are No 'toll roads' here but it sounds like this will keep the jobs and the roads in good condition too! Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, vehicle manufactures Produce and the population ‘Drives’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! XII/XXII/MMXII!

Goood for OHIO. Backward planning will make sure that the "Consumer" will pay for this.

Kasich is pushing to be a President????? In Ohio we have an I on him and his tricks! He doesn't care about education or any Ohio people unless they can help him achieve his goals which is searching for POWER!

Sounds good. I'm sure tolls will help there too. No reason to go to Ohio anymore. Can't imagine how high the tolls will go. If there is more jobs it would be worth it for the people who live there.

It's a tax, but at least a tax paid by future users of the toll road + some of that yummy matching Federal money. Good plan Governor Kasich!

Infrastructure work is very important and puts paychecks in the hands of workers as a bonus.

The proof is when the work boots hit the ground and people are actually working. We heard this before with Obama's promise of "Shovel Ready Jobs" that failed!!

Good to see the government of Ohio investing in the state's future. This must infuriate the Republicans.
