When I was in law enforcement I preferred the Caprice. Good to see some competition.

Put all the cops in Toyotas. We already know you can't catch them. Toyota can get Tiger Woods as a new spokesman. They, Tiger and Toyota, can use the slogan, "We promise we can stop."

This is a very interesting article.
The new company has a pretty interesting concept car and it's designed by old vet. cops. Sounds good for them.

It will be interesting to see if the Tarus is able to maintain their hold on police cars. My guess is they will not. Only time will tell.

When GM was selling the Caprice in the late 90's to early 2000's, they were actually more preferred (I had heard), then the Crown Vic. The Ford won out when Chevy stopped making the Caprice. I have drive a few Crown Vic's, not the police versions, when the State had some old ones the Engineers used to use. They are big floating cars, reminiscent of the 80's for car design.
Sorry to see them go, but I think there time had come.
I like the Carbon, but I think that all are pretty cool.

I don't see as many Crown Vics as I do Dodge Chargers.

I'm rooting for the little guy. It'd be about time that law enforcement got cars designed specifically for them instead of jury-rigging passenger vehicles!

I have learned to recognize the Crown Royal police cars. How will I recognize the new models when they choose a new one. They should have a sports car like the Mustang.

Good luck to Ford, I would not want to trust Government Motors, just look at what the politicians have done running our country.

Of course GM is going to submit a gas guzzler. They don't have anything that is fuel efficient.

Looks like Ford will win again....unless Obama decides to subsidize GM with our tax dollars and calls it part of his jobs stimulus.

Why can NA Police officers not drive small cars like they do in Europe? Heh, Fiat is an idea for a Chrysler patrol car.
